Teams typically arrive and depart on Saturday. We will work to accommodate your arriving and departing schedule. Several airlines provide flight service to Port-Au-Prince. Please keep in mind arriving and departing times for team travel.
We can host teams up to 53 members, although it is recommended to keep your group to 15 or less. A smaller team allows for deeper team building experience and allows for ease of mobility.
We have two modern facilities used to house teams and guest. Teams are placed in rooms based on space available and requests from team leaders.
Guesthouse (Teams Booked after 6/01/2105 $70.00 per night per person) is a two-story building with six rooms. Each room equipped with bathroom with tile shower. These rooms can sleep up to five people on individual or bunk twin beds. All linens are provided.
Mission House ($60.00 per night per person) is a large airy house that has three rooms. Two rooms can sleep up to 10 people each on individual or bunk twin beds. One room is equipped with a double bed for comfort for a couples.
All rooms have bathroom facilities in both guesthouses, as well as outdoor showers, which are quick to refresh the weary body after a long day of work.
Meeting Spaces We also have a cafeteria used for dining, meeting space, and other scheduled activities. Our campus has several meeting areas that including rooftop, screened porches, patios, and gardens.
The base fee for lodging also includes 3 meals per day. Your team is responsible for booking airfare and ground transportation in your country of origin.
Transportation fee for 2016 are $100 per person which includes roundtrip airport transportation and project transportation within the Christianville local community during business days and business hours.
Extra fees may apply for:

▪ Beach excursions
▪ Extended distance travel upon approval
Project Fees will be determined based on the project you choose to work on during your visit. We occasionally develop projects for teams to adopt. As you begin planning your trip, communicate project ideas with the Guest Services Manager for advice and direction.
Reservations may be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by filing a reservation form. Rooms may be held for 10 business days before a deposit is required. A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a team reservation. If deposits are not received within 10 business days, rooms will be released back into inventory and available to other teams.
Reserved dates may be changed based upon availability and deposits will carry over.
Deposit and Payment Information:
All deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to your total trip balance should your initial number of reserved beds needed decline.
▪ 50% of total team payment is due 90 days prior to arrival date. These funds are non-refundable, but can be
applied to the total team payment if beds needed decline.
▪ 100% of total team payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date and is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
▪ Team payments must be made as a group, not individually. The team leader is responsible for ensuring the
team’s funds are turned in by all due dates.

Cancellations must be made prior to 45 days before arrival date. If made prior to 45 days before arrival date, payments made to date excluding deposits will be returned. Reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival will not be refunded and are non-transferrable. Monies not refunded will be considered a donation and a donation receipt will be provided.
